It's time to critique the work, but don't take it personally. It's not about you. Episode 45 of Archispeak dives into the delicate process of the do's and don't when it comes to critiquing a project. We discuss the importance of arguing and what the goal of a good critique is (spoiler: it's good for the project). People often have "good" ideas, and it takes others to make them "great" ideas.
